Start the New Year with Yoga
Winter is a upon us and there is no better way to keep body and mind warm and supple then a yoga practice!
Winter session is underway and we welcome the return of existing students as well as many new students who have found their way to the studio. It is exciting to see so many people embracing yoga.
The session began January 14th, however don’t let that stop you from getting started. We still have space in some of the classes and teach in a style that makes yoga accessible whether it is your first class or you have been practicing for years. Inquire about prorating of fees for late registrations.
