Are you experiencing pain and/or restricted range of motion in your neck, upper back and shoulders?
Find relief in this therapeutic practice of yoga. We will explore myofascial release techniques, mild stretching, proper alignment, and strengthening through yoga postures and mindful movement. The class will be wrapped up with the meditative practice of yoga nidra for a deep letting go of tension in body and mind.
With over a decade of extensive teaching experience and training, Pam brings her expertise in yoga as a therapeutic practice into this class.
