Virtual Yin for all levels in the comfort of your own space. This is a class that emphasizes healing and connection. Through this class we will come together in a safe way to nourish our bodies (or minds) that might feel wound up, ignored, tight and stressed. We will hold postures on the floor for long periods of time allowing us to drop into sensation and explore our own edges. All donations will be directed toward Maha Yoga and Pam Roberts.
How to attend: Classes will be led virtually on the Zoom platform. An invitation will be emailed to you ~15 minutes before class begins. You can attend using a smartphone or a computer. Set it up before class, ensure a steady internet connection and please “mute” yourself before class.
Setting up your space: You don’t need a lot of room, just enough space to comfortably stretch out on the floor. Try and find a location free of distractions. Props will be your friends in this practice. Formal props like bolsters and blocks can be used, but books, rolled towels, pillows and blankets work just as well.

Kendall practiced yoga with Pam Roberts at Maha Yoga for years. She is a now a registered 200 hour RYT certified with the Yoga Alliance, and has additional continuing education credits (a 10 hour educational course focused on teaching breathwork as a tool to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and grief & a 15 hour Chair Yoga/ Accessible for all Yoga teacher training course.)
