Schedule & Rates 

Join us this Spring and experience firsthand the benefits of yoga and meditation in your life. Maha Yoga offers small class sizes and a variety of props, to allow for individualized support on your yoga journey. We recommend you find a class and time that works best for you and then register for the session.  Students who commit to a regular weekly class time find it easier to be consistent in their practice, and experience a greater sense of community.

Of course we know that life happens, so Maha offers the flexibility of making up missed classes by dropping in on any other class during the session, or send a friend.

If dropping in works best for you, that can be arranged too. Please contact Pam in advance to reserve a space.

Late registrations are welcomed at any time, fees will be pro-rated according to your start date.
